So I’ve lived the last few weeks pretty full-on and I’d like to dedicate this post to the (Australian and New Zealand Army Corps) ANZACS. For those who do not know, ANZAC day was celebrated on the 25th of April (recently). Whilst I’m in no way a supporter of war-based activity, I send my thoughts to all those who lost their lives in the war at Gallipoli, and my heart truly goes out to their associated loved-ones and family. In their mind, I have no doubt they went with the intention of paving the way so us Aussies can enjoy the lovely beaches and chilled-out lifestyles we have “down under”.

Three things that bring me back to a quality base regardless of how ruff things get in life:

  • Family and Companions
  • Mentors
  • Personal Health

Why not share your experiences as of recent? I’d love to hear it if you’d like to share.
